From the BMC Toys CLASSIC TOY SOLDIER COLLECTOR SERIES, the NAVAL CANNON 6 piece set includes Armstrong-Fredrick Style artillery in 2 colors with elevating barrel. Barrels and chassis are reversible black and bronze that can be easily swapped to make all black or all bronze. Each cannon measures 1 inch x 1 inch x 3 inches long. Made from stiff ABS plastic and approximately 1:40 scale as a 32lb cannon, 1:32 scale as a 12lb cannon, and 1:18 scale as a 3lb cannon.

These cannon were initially offered to hobby collectors by Classic Toy Soldiers Company around 1996. Classic Toy Soldiers Co. worked with BMC Toys to make them available to today's youngsters. BMC Toys was founded by Bill McMaster in 1991 and specializes in producing historically accurate plastic army men figures and playsets in the classic realistic style of the 1950s and 1960s.

These accessories are a perfect addition for playsets and school project dioramas of many eras and conflicts from the 17th to early 20th century including the American Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Napoleonic era Conflicts, Pirates, Battle of the Alamo, and Civil War.
